elljay hoar iz me
i just happened to finish this up a few minutes after my last post. I promise to stop posting after this.

"You know something?" Mohinder settled onto the couch and the open, inviting arm that awaited him. In the background, Jon Stewart tried to make jokes through the green letters reading MUTE on the screen. He didn't make a dent. It was one of those nights where a pair of arms and the warmth of a smile were the only things that mattered.

"I'm sure I know something," Matt cracked, running a finger over Mohinder's lower lip and grinning his signature lopsided grin.

"You remind me just slightly of a girl I dated when I was in university." Catching the errant finger in his mouth, Mohinder sucked slightly and then released with a smile.

"Oh?" One eyebrow went up. Matt stayed still otherwise; the sensation of those lips pursed around his finger was lingering and he didn't want to banish it with movement.

"An American girl. Very straightforward, very blunt." Mohinder's eyes went soft at the memory. "She used to say to me, 'There's no use in beating around the bush, Suresh. Be what you are, and make the world deal with it.'"

"And that reminds you of me."

"A little." Matt's hands were now cupping his face. The tender heat at his chin was like a warm pillow, and he settled into the welcoming palms. "Of course, I took her advice, and she was the one who had to deal with it when I decided to be myself."

"How's that?" Stubble grazing his cheek. Matt closed his eyes to feel it more acutely.

Mohinder's lips touched his ear. "I decided that as nice as she was," he whispered, "she had far too many curves in all the wrong places." Hands ran up Matt's arms. "Not solid enough. Not large enough to lose myself in." Fingers at the back of his neck. "I felt as well that she was too fragile. Which, incidentally, was confirmed when I shared this information with her."

"You dumped her like a sack of bricks, didn't you?" Matt laughed, running a quick, devilish tongue along the side of Mohinder's neck and delighting in the little shiver he got in return. "Said, sorry, honey, I'm gay?"

"I only wish I had been quite so tactful." Mohinder was kissing along his jaw, hands under his T-shirt. "But that's a story for another time."

"Yeah," Matt said, low and even, drawing Mohinder's face in for the kiss he'd been teasing at this whole time. "We're so done talking for the night."

Domestic bliss is blissful. Socially inept Mohinder is socially inept. Repetative hanuueshe is repetative. :D

*giggles* Only Mohinder could manage to take advice like that and turn it around on the advisor. XD
